A project is where you create, train, and manage your agent. It holds all the agent data, conversation history, and user feedback.

Analytics

The analytics page shows a weekly and monthly breakdown of conversations and sentiment. Each project draws from the org’s chat credits. If credits run out, the agent’s behavior depends on your plan. You can track credit usage and storage from here too.
